Where: AVC Indoor Training Center
Black Springs, ARWhat to Bring: Running Shoes, Track Spikes, Vaulting Poles, Sport-specific clothing, swim suits, sunscreen, river shoes, towels, toiletries, sleeping bag, pillow.
(Bring enough for 3 days) We have shower facilities in the building.We have several poles for campers that can't bring their own.
Cost: $270.00 (includes all meals, snacks and a camp
t-shirt) Camper MUST be registered by May 30th to get a T-shirt.
LIMIT of 24 VAULTERS PER CAMP
Camp Schedule
Includes filmed competitions, video analysis, vault drills, gymnastics drills, trampoline drills, cook-outs, camp fire at night, swimming and a float trip on the Caddo River (don't worry, it's a small river with no white water rapids.)
Campers will be camped out in tents provided by AVC and/or sleeping in the building. You can bring your own tent if you prefer.
